Due to the custom nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns on:

Coaching services

Digital or downloadable products

Coaching, readings, or clarity sessions

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer product or service exchanges under any circumstances.

3. No Refunds

We do not issue refunds for:

Completed or booked services

Digital content

Physical items

Missed appointments

Change of mind

4. Damage or Lost products Policy.

In the rare case an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact or visit your Local post office for physical products as Goddesses Lab is not responsible for Lost, Damage goods.
(Note: This does not apply to normal variations of handmade or natural items.)

5. Appointments & Services

All appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
If rescheduling is allowed for a specific service, it will be noted in the service description.
